Why do I love Pilates method?
It is simple! Because it makes me feel good! 😃
I am very active person. If you have Apple Watch than you will understand what I mean when my activity rings closed every day without even trying. 😂 I am always busy. I run my business, I do exercise regularly, I have 2 little kids , I am a wife.
And I try my very best every single day. I try to cook healthy meals, I try to be an example for my kids, I want to be fun mom and take my kids do things, I try to be good wife and I really work hard to be the best teacher for my clients! No time to get sick, sore or lazy!😄
So yes, I need my energy, I want to look in shape and have good posture, I need my flexibility and I don’t have time to be in pain. Pilates gives me this all!
If I miss my workout I will be walking to Monday class with hip pain and tight back because of all the things I try to do over the weekend! (Did I mention that I love work on my yard and garden too? 😂 )
And I can’t wait for my Pilates class! Even if I don’t work to workout, I feel energized and pain free right after the class and I ALWAYS glad that I did it!
