Congratulations to Bayleigh Cobb for being named the new Director of Wellness!
From small town Reagan, TX, Bayleigh earned her associate degree from McLennan Community College before going back and obtaining her LVN certificate. She joined our Blake family as a charge nurse a little over nine months ago and has been a rockstar since day one.
Expressing her excitement for her new role, Bayleigh said, "My favorite part about the industry is the friends we make along the way and how much of a difference each person makes in a resident or family members' life. Learning their preferences and schedules allows me to step into this role with ease knowing that I already have a wonderful connection with each individual. Finding comfort in the fact that it feels like home is something that I truly enjoy."
Away from work, you will find her spending most of her time with her family, reading a good book or occasionally farming alongside her father in their farming/ranching operation in Central Texas.
