We offer three different workout formats to meet a variety of fitness needs, all featuring upbeat, family-friendly music and moves. Then our REFIT classes are for you! Our REFIT classes are aerobic dance workouts guaranteed to pump you up and get you sweating. If you prefer lower-impact workouts designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch, then our REV + FLOW classes are tailor-made for you! If you’re a HIT fan, our HIT 45 classes will bring the heat and challenge your strength and endurance. All of these classes are available virtually through our REFIT On Demand service, which allows you to stream all of our studio classes at your own convenience, from the device of your choosing! Our licensed instructors bring heart AND heat to every workout and if becoming a REFIT Instructor is your thing (pssst, it IS your thing!), we offer convenient and inspiring Instructor Training both online and in-person! We believe that the heart is more than a muscle. That a person is more than a body. That relationships are as important as results. We believe small choices lead to positive changes, and those positive changes lead to a greater impact on family, community, workplace, and the world. Some seasons ask more of us emotionally than we expect, and honestly speaking, this one has stretched me — personally and professionally.

There have been moments lately where the weight felt heavier than I wanted to admit. The kind where your mind spins, your energy dips, and even the things you love feel harder to carry.

I've carried the weight of health issues for family and friends. I've carried the stress of business ownership. I've carried the sorrow of friends who have lost loved ones. I've carried the responsibility of trying to be a good mom, a good friend, a good decision-maker, a good human.

All this weight has made my journey through life heavier than usual.

And when I feel myself slipping into a slump from that weight, movement is the fastest way back to myself.

Movement is how I can steady my body when life feels shaky. The physical stability always manages to steady my emotions, as well.

If you’re in a season like this too, first I want you to remember that you're not alone. In fact, I'm right there with you. Secondly, I want you to remember to move your body. Whether it's 5 minutes or 1 hour, movement is the medicine your body craves when chaos is having its way in your life.

I need to know I'm not alone, too. Are you in a "chaos season" as well? I'd love you to tell me about it. Together, we will move through it.

The REFIT® journey began in 2009 with a passion for people and a desire to see fitness evolve into a life-changing fitness experience. Founders Angela Beeler, Catherine Ballas and Emily Field decided that "community" was the missing piece in the fitness industry, and that connection was the key to lasting internal and external change. The trio built REFIT on a foundation of higher values, turning a fitness class into a revolutionary movement that transforms lives beyond the workout.
