Meet the psoas — one of the most overlooked muscles in your body. It runs deep from your lower spine, through your core, and attaches to your femur. When it’s tight (from heavy squats, sitting too long, or constant hip flexion), it can pull on your spine and create that deep, nagging low back pain you can’t seem to stretch out.

Loosening up the psoas and surrounding hip flexors can improve posture, unlock hip mobility, and relieve that “tight low back” feeling that kills your lifts.
