Shoulder force production for elite runners is paramount when coming out of the blocks. This comes from large mechanical swings of the arms in the drive phase. While we can focus a lot on lower extremity pain for these runner, the upper extremities are just as important to address. is working through shoulder pathology to ensure a strong drive phase throughout her acceleration.

Treadmill running for first time today…an achilles rupture is a major physical AND MENTAL injury to come back from. has met that challenge each day and keeps grinding. The Crawford Pirate is no different…the ACL is a mental game also. Proud of each of them!!
