Mercy House Living Springs providing tender care for those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Located at 8601 Old McGregor Road in the West Highway 84 corridor – conveniently serving families in the Waco, Hewitt, Woodway & McGregor region. We are easily accessible to nearby medical care, pharmacies, and a variety of retail shopping and dining options. Living Springs Village offers elders the finest residential style assisted living in a uniquely designed home limited to 16 residents. In contrast to larger, skilled nursing homes and institutional style facilities, we provide increased staffing, better facilities and a higher standard of care to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. We promote an environment of participation as we welcome families to share with us in caring for their loved ones. Our goals are to promote meaningful relationships and to fight loneliness for these very important and valuable individuals.

🦘💛We had the most HoPpY surprise visitor the other day at Mercy House Living Springs🦘💛 Our residents were absolutely delighted to spend some time with ‘R***r’, the sweetest little kangaroo, who brought smiles, laughter& lots of curiosity with him. Moments like these remind us how powerful animal visits can be — sparking JOY, conversation & unforgettable memories for everyone involved.

Thank you to R***r & his sweet handler for making our day extra, extra special‼️We’re still smiling!🥰

🎶🎨Connection & creativity filled our afternoon at Mercy House this past Sunday‼️

💫Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying craft activities with our friends from the Music & Memory group at Baylor University. These dedicated students spend time with our residents each week, learning their favorite songs, creating personalized playlists & using music to spark memories, conversation & JOY. It’s incredible to see how a familiar tune can brighten a face, start a story, or bring back a cherished moment.

We are SO GRATEFUL for the heart, compassion & time these students share with our Mercy House family — they truly make a difference, one song at a time.🐻💚🐻

Valentine’s Day gives us a special moment to celebrate love, but at Mercy House, love is part of our calling EACH & EVERY day. Through compassionate care, servant hearts & meaningful connections, we strive to reflect love in ALL we do for our residents & families. It is a blessing to serve in a place where love is not just spoken — it is lived out daily….

🎬🍿In honor of National Popcorn Day,we celebrated with an evening full of fresh popcorn, classic movie-theater concession snacks, & a favorite film on the BIG screen!🍿🎬

Laughter was shared, smiles were plenty & our hearts (and bowls!) were full. We truly had a POPPING good time‼️💛✨

While the world sleeps, our incredible overnight team is wide awake—caring, watching, comforting & ensuring our Assisted Living & Memory Care residents are safe & supported all through the night. Their quiet strength, gentle hearts & constant presence bring peace of mind to our residents & our families alike.

From late-night reassurance to early-morning smiles, they serve with compassion, patience & love… and we are so deeply grateful. Thank you to our Overnight Team for being the steady light in the nighttime hours. You are truly part of the heartbeat of our community.💙✨
