In our culture, we really don’t care about what brand of yoga pants you’re wearing, or how good your handstand is. We care about pushing your endurance to new limits and challenging you to become the best version of yourself. There are truly no words to explain how proud I am of this group of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainer graduates. My heart is so full. Every training is bittersweet. Watching them step out of the nest is emotional—but seeing how much they’ve grown (and how much more they will grow) is the greatest joy of all. I love these humans so much and cannot wait to watch them change their students lives. This group is so special and it truly was a gift to lead them. ❤️

✨ Celebrating Christy Baker! ✨

On Saturday, Christy taught her very first 60-minute class as part of her 200-Hour Teacher Training — and it was absolutely beautiful.

The practice was grounding, peaceful, and centered around fresh beginnings and starting anew. Christy created an inspiring and inclusive space where everyone felt supported, welcomed, and connected.

Her presence was calm, her words were intentional, and her guidance felt like a gentle reset for the soul.

Friday we had the absolute honor of witnessing Tracy teach her first full 60-minute class to wrap up her 200-Hour Teacher Training and it was truly something special.

The room was filled with the calmest, most beautiful energy. Tracy led with such care, intention, and gentle confidence. Her guidance was thoughtful, grounded, and full of heart.

It was a beautiful practice from start to finish, and we couldn’t be more proud. ❤️

Our next 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training begins in January, and we’re hosting a FREE info session today at 3:00 PM for anyone interested in deepening their practice and expanding their teaching.

Anyone who has completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance–approved training is eligible to continue their education with this advanced program.

Ashley taught her first 60-minute class for her practicum for our 200 hour yoga training and it was an absolute gift. It was full of gentleness, calmness, beauty, grace, smiles, intelligent sequencing, great cues, and the sweetest little chuckles.

Ashley always walks into the studio with a shining, beautiful soul every single time and today it was so special to watch her lead with her gentle, intelligent, caring, grounded presence.
