In our culture, we really don’t care about what brand of yoga pants you’re wearing, or how good your handstand is. We care about pushing your endurance to new limits and challenging you to become the best version of yourself. Yoga isn’t about putting your body in funky positions, it’s about concentrating your mind, flexibility, working on personal strength (inner and outer) and finding peace in this crazy world.

I hope you are all staying warm and safe.

Due to the ice on the roads and parking lot this morning, our 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM classes are canceled today and 6:30pm class. The good news is that temperatures are warming up, the ice should be melted, and we’ve updated the schedule with some additional afternoon classes so you can still come practice with us.

Updated classes for today:
• 3:15 – 4:00 PM | Vinyasa
• 4:15 – 5:00 PM | Hot Express
• 5:30 – 6:15 PM | Strength

If you’re able to join us, please be sure to sign up and save your spot ahead of time.

• First class will be 8:30 AM

Even though the sun is out, the roads are still very slick. We were just on them and slid backward down a hill. If there’s no reason to be out, please don’t be out. Once the sun drops, everything will re-freeze since temps are not staying above 32°.

We’re thrilled to interview Rachel Tate, an incredible astrologer, yoga teacher, and sound meditation guide. She’s traveled and practiced all over the U.S, from Los Angeles to New York to Dallas, searching for the perfect 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training… and she chose to do it with us.

Hot Align is a heated, slower-paced practice designed to help you move with purpose and awareness while opening the body safely and sustainably. In the warmth of the room, we take time to explore proper alignment in each posture, allowing space to build strength, increase mobility, and release unnecessary tension.

This class focuses on alignment not only in the physical body, but also in the breath body and the mental, emotional, and nervous system body; supporting the body as a whole. Expect mindful transitions, longer holds, and intentional cues that help you feel how each pose works from the inside out.

Hot Align is ideal for students looking to slow down, refine their practice, deepen body awareness, and create a sense of balance and integration on and off the mat.
