✨ I’m relaunching something that truly changed my health ✨

If you’ve been around for a while, you might remember how consistent I used to be with Purium… and honestly, I felt incredible during that time.

Like… best shape of my life, clear mind, steady energy, nourished, aligned.
And I’ve been reflecting on that a lot lately.

Life has gotten FULL (work, kids, everything 😅), and if I’m being real… I’ve been struggling to consistently eat the way I want to eat. Whole, clean, intentional.

Happy Spring 🌱 I hope everyone is thawing out and getting outside as the weather warms up and back down with Minnesota Spring in full swing 🌿

Reminder that this is a great time to add in some dandelion tea and to be sure to be getting your minerals in your lemon water and to start adding honey/local honey (from last spring best option).

Spring is also a great time of year for massage and spinal flow as the body is in a natural acceleration (increased metabolism, liver detoxing, lymphatic system releasing…)
As our bodies shift with the seasons a natural detox of the liver is encouraged. Think bitter sour foods (arugula, dandelion greens, lemons) to help bile production as our body breaks down fats and detoxes the liver.
Lean into your bodies natural desire to eat lighter and go for that salad instead of the burger as our bodies are craving greens and seasonal vegetables (beets, garlic, asparagus, micro greens).

Spring also encourages stretching and movement so yoga, walks, stretching, running, dancing, anything that gets you moving in a way that stretches and gets the joints moving nicely. If anyone is interested in doing yoga and somatic movement classes please dm me or comment the best times and days so I can put together a regular class that people can attend.

✨ New Chapter ✨

After 7 flowy years as Flowing with Katie, I’ve decided it’s time to change the name of my practice to better encompass all of the healing arts that have naturally become part of my work over the years.

What started as bodywork has expanded into Spinal Flow, somatic movement, nervous system healing, yoga, workshops, and retreats — all centered around helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered in their healing.

Because of that growth, it feels like the name is ready to evolve too.

Inspired by watching my clients rediscover their own natural flow states, I’m excited to introduce the new name of my practice:

Flow State Healing Arts

To me, flow state is the place where healing happens naturally — when the nervous system settles, the body reconnects, and life begins to move with greater ease and clarity.

Hey Waconia & surrounding community 💛

I had originally planned to be out of town next week, but plans changed — and as a result, my schedule has unexpectedly opened up.

This season has been a challenging one personally and professionally, and I’m continuing to show up doing the work I truly love: helping people feel better in their bodies, calmer in their nervous systems, and more supported in their health.

Hope everyone is enjoying a happy holiday season! This is a great time of year for spinal flow, red light therapy, lymphatic massage and hot stone!!!
If your interested and looking for more info on spinal flow it is best in treatments of 3-4 sessions a week over a month period and then depending on where we leave off on session 12 people either continue for more severe chronic issues or they just come in when they feel a bit off and a session here and there keeps them feeling great!
If you have back pain, slipped disks, scoliosis, migraines, chronic headaches, are living on burnout, having fertility issues, dealing with autoimmune conditions or just need a good nervous system reset for your mental health.
