Join us at the studio this week! If you plan to take a class, please sign up beforehand. In order to hold class, we need a minimum of 3 students registered 2 hours before the scheduled class.

• Regular weekly classes are $15/drop-in
• Punch Cards are available to purchase and can be used towards the regular weekly classes only.
• NEW** You can now use your punch cards for ALL adult dance classes! This includes Adult Ballet! These classes are found under the Adult Dance Class tab when registering for classes.

Stretch and Sip - Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery 🍷 🧘‍♀️

NEW class and collaboration with Schram Vinyards Thursday Nov. 20th! Come take a Slow Flow class with us 11/20 from 6:00-7:00pm taught by Kelsey Holder. We will be taking class inside the cozy barrel room as we find our flow, peace, and inner strength. After class, each yogi will receive 1 token to use toward a glass of wine, beer, food, or cocktail after class.

$25 per person (if you are not a punch card holder. Register by enrolling in the class. NOT as a drop-in)

$15 for punch card holders (register as a drop-in for the class)

Welcome NEW Pilates instructor Sam! We can’t wait to have her at the studio. While she finishes off her Pilates Training, she is going to offer her Mat Pilates classes for FREE! You heard that right! Come try out mat Pilates for FREE (for a limited time only, so sign up for her classes STAT!

Join us for a special Mat Pilates Pop-Up designed to help you feel strong, centered, and energized. This session will guide you through a series of floor-based exercises that target deep stabilizing muscles, enhance flexibility, and promote better posture. With a focus on controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. It emphasizes controlled motions, proper alignment, and breathwork to improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness. Originally developed to support rehabilitation and athletic conditioning, Pilates is now widely practiced for its ability to build strength without strain, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Come try out our new Barre class taught by studio owner and certified Barre instructor Maddie Burnham! We can’t WAIT to bring this new style of class to the studio.

Barre is a high intensity, low impact workout that builds deep strength, endurance and coordination. Barre classes use empowering language, amazing music and spicy-yet-accessible moves rooted in pilates, ballet and yoga exercises to keep you engaged the entire class. Come get your sweat on!

Vinyasa & Vines - 🍷 🧘‍♀️

Some exciting news, we are hosting Vinyasa & Vines at Parley Lake Winery AGAIN this month! Come take a Vinyasa Flow class with us THIS SATURDAY 10/25 from 10:45-11:45am taught by Kristal Turner. We will be overlooking the serene Vineyards of Parley Lake Winery as we find our flow, peace, and inner strength. After class, each yogi will receive 1 glass of wine after class. The Vineyard doesn’t open up to the public until 12:00pm, so we get to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet together while we sip and mingle.
