If you found me through my intro video — hi again, Alexandria! 👋
It’s Nicole from Make Fitness Fun 4 You.

A lot of women reached out after that video, so I wanted to share a little bit more about who I help and what I do here.

If you’re a woman who…
• is starting over (again) and wants guidance that actually sticks
• deals with joint pain, low energy, or mobility limitations
• wants a safe, supportive place to get stronger
• is tired of doing this alone…

You’re exactly who I work with.

And if you’re curious about what it could look like to get started, I’m opening up a few free 10-minute “meet-and-greet” calls this week.

It’s quick, zero pressure, and it helps you figure out whether my programs fit what you need.

Just send me a message and say, “Hey Nicole, I’m interested!

In this final video, I’m talking about a new class I’m offering for women with disabilities here in Alexandria.

This is an area of fitness that has been overlooked for far too long. My background in Community Social Services, along with years of coaching women with different abilities and needs, is what inspired me to build a class that is truly accessible and supportive.

The goal is simple:
To create a space where women feel seen, safe, included, and supported in their own strength journey.

If you’re a provider, caregiver, or family member — or if you’re a woman who would like more information about programs — please reach out. I’m always happy to schedule a visit, answer questions, and talk through whether training is a good fit.

In this video, I’m walking through what Make Fitness Fun 4 You offers here in Alexandria.

My studio is built for women who want support, structure, and a place where they don’t have to ‘fit in’ to be welcomed.
I offer personal training, small-group training, nutrition coaching, and long-term habit support. Everything is built around sustainability, not shortcuts.

I talk more about my packages in the video, but the big idea is this:
Women deserve coaching that meets them where they are, supports their daily life, and helps them actually feel better.

If you have questions about which option makes the most sense for you, feel free to reach out. I’m glad to help!

“In yesterday’s video, I shared a little about my own health journey and how I found my way into the fitness world.
Today, I wanted to share more about my background and the training that supports the work I do.

I have an associate’s degree in Community Social Services, and over the years I’ve earned several certifications, including personal training, nutrition coaching, behavior change, weight loss, women’s fitness, and most recently GLP-1 education through NASM.

I take this work seriously because the women I serve deserve more than quick fixes. They deserve a coach who understands the full picture—body, mindset, habits, and real-life context.

If you’re curious about what coaching with me looks like, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to talk!

Hi Alexandria. I’m Nicole, the owner of Make Fitness Fun 4 You.
I wanted to share a series of videos about who I am and what I’m doing here in the Alexandria area!

Like a lot of women, I didn’t grow up loving exercise. I struggled with my weight my whole adult life and spent years feeling frustrated with my body. My own health journey is what eventually brought me here—and it’s the reason I’m so passionate about helping women who’ve felt the same way.

I’m excited to be part of this community and to start meeting more of you.
If you ever see me around town, please say hi. And if you’re on your own wellness journey, you’re definitely not alone.

You don’t need an intense start to make real progress.

You don’t need daily workouts.
You don’t need a perfect diet.
You don’t need to feel “ready.”

What you need is a starting point that respects where you are right now—not where you think you should be.

That’s how sustainable change actually happens.

If you’re curious what that could look like for you, feel free to reach out! I’d love to chat!

This comprehensive guide explores the rules, requirements, and limitations of using your Health Savings Account to pay for personal training. In short, Yes, but with important conditions. January isn’t a reset button.
It’s just another page.

If you already feel tired of “starting over,” nothing is wrong with you. Most people don’t need more motivation—they need a plan that works on hard weeks, not perfect ones.

Sustainable change doesn’t start with pressure.
It starts with support, structure, and realistic expectations.

If you want help building something you can actually keep, check out my newly updated website or you can message me directly!

What personal training is (and isn’t).

Personal training IS:
• A supportive relationship — not someone yelling at you.
• A plan built around your body, history, and real life.
• Learning how to move with confidence and strength.
• Accountability when motivation is low and life gets busy.
• A long-term investment to feeling better, not a cheap quick fix.

Personal training ISN’T:
• A punishment for what you ate.
• A guarantee of instant weight loss.
• Only for people who already love exercise.
• One-size-fits-all workouts.
• A magic solution without effort or honesty.

My job isn’t to change you overnight.
It’s to help you build habits you can actually maintain.
To make strength feel doable.
And to help you feel better in your body — not at war with it.

If you’ve tried doing this on your own and it hasn’t stuck, that’s not a failure.
It’s a sign you might need support.

The new year doesn’t require big, dramatic goals to be meaningful.

You don’t need to commit to a full transformation to get started.
Sometimes the most powerful first step is simply having a conversation.

At Make Fitness Fun 4 You, it starts with a sit-down consult. We talk about your current habits, your stress, your energy, and what feels realistic—not what you think you should be doing.

Working together often leads to:
• Improved mood and confidence
• Better overall health
• Renewed motivation that lasts beyond January

If you’re ready to take a small, supportive step toward feeling better in your body and your life, fill out the contact me form here 👉 https://www.makefitnessfun4you.com/contact-me.html
