My office has moved to a historic building in Wadhams, New York. (on the right tucked back after the falls) This newly renovated "tiny house" previously operated in 1861 by Dr. George Thomas Stevens M.D., Ph.D who specialized in ophthalmology and nervous disorders! His principal recreation was the study of botany. His extensive herbarium included plants and flowers from all parts of America and Europe!

So I struggled with whether or not I should post this link and I decided to go for it. It’s a bit ostentatious however if it stimulates one person that struggles w pelvic pain or incontinence to reach out then it’s worth it to me.
The treatment described in the video is accurate.
At my clinic there are also other modalities to consider in treating the pelvic floor muscle. It’s nice to have options because what may work for me may be painful or uncomfortable for you.......
It never hurts to call and ask about the treatment if you want nor info.

Moving a muscle always puts things in perspective for me.
I think clearer and my creativity and motivation stimulate my body to do more.
