Firefighters, Police, and EMS are all correct, but let's dive a bit deeper.

What about Veteranians, ER Nurses, Trauma Doctors, NICU staff, Vet Techs, Dispatchers, Social Workers, Other therapists, Military, disaster response teams.....

Who else can you think of? No one type is superior, and all need support. We here at Uniquely Inspired Therapy want to help be that support!

I am tying the gratitude post to the full moon today. I am very grateful that my life has brought me to a point where I have been embracing learning to move more in sync with the moon's cycle has been very grounding, and in a world where everything can be overwhelming and dissociation is practically a prescribed medication, finding ways to stay grounded is crucial.

So it is officially November 1st. Time to start our gratitude practice. Remember that Gratitude not only allows us to see what we have positive in our lives right now, but it also helps reduce stress and release those Happy Hormones for an added mood boost, especially when combined with meditation or journaling.
