We're so excited to have Sam in our office to offer bodywork and stretch therapy and we're even more happy that she has expanded her appointments! This is the time of year when we start spring cleaning, raking outside and we want to be more active as the temperatures warm up. Stretching is generally considered a vital component of injury prevention by keeping muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, which maintains a necessary range of motion in joints.
