✨ Congratulations to our February MVV Champion, Kaycee! ✨

We are proud to recognize Kaycee, one of our Culinary Aides, for living out our mission through her kindness, positivity, and dedication!

Kaycee’s nominators shared that she is incredibly kind, always smiling, and consistently willing to help anyone in need. She recently stepped in to support a coworker without hesitation, and her “Yes, I can” attitude makes work more enjoyable for everyone. As a newer team member, she has already made a meaningful impact with her upbeat spirit and strong teamwork.

Congratulations to this quarter's Dignity in Action Award winner, Kerry! This quarterly recognition celebrates team members who truly make a difference in the lives of our residents, families, and team. Team members are nominated by other team members, supervisors, residents, or family members.

Kerry was nominated for his commitment to providing quality care with extraordinary results. Kerry shows genuine compassion to our residents. Time and time again, he has gone out of his way to track down missing clothing, turning moments of frustration into moments of relief and smiles. Kerry is reliable, loves our residents, and takes pride in his work.
