This morning, I was invited to Faith Lutheran in Seward to be part of a morning full of meditation. (YES, PLEASE! 💟)

We started off by splitting into two groups, the first group came to a soundbath meditation while the other group went for a mindful moment, then switched. After that, we all joined together to participate in Neurographic Art. Wow! And lastly, we did some stitching. Where patterns, textures, shapes and free hand threading, comes to life. It was all such a beautiful and unique way to calm our minds, allow the quietness to settle in, and have a natural flow of our thoughts. I highly recommend that you take the opportunity to do something like this if you are ever presented with it.
