With Thanksgiving only a few days away, I thought I would remind you... GRATITUDE heals and balances your HEART chakra. ✨️💚✨️
How does gratitude balance the heart chakra?
Well, it encourages feelings of joy, happiness, contentment, love for yourself and others, and helps you to focus on the good in your life. It also releases "feel-good" hormones, like dopamine and serotonin. Gratitude can help lower stress, improve blood pressure, boost immune system, and makes it easier to live a healthier lifestyle.
You can also do things like volunteer, give back, journal what you are grateful for, spend time with your pets, repeat affirmations, breathwork, yoga, wear green, eat green, sound frequencies, reiki, and more...
And since your energy is felt by others, it is also contagious. It allows us to be empathetic, have kindess and compassion. You can imprint that energy on to people, animals, and even the room you are in and things you touch. Healing. Spreading. Living with purpose.
Remember: when we feel good, we do good. And when we do good, we feel even better. 😉
