If you’ve been curious about the sauna but
not quite sure what to expect… here’s a little guide 🤍

• Sessions are typically 20–45 minutes
• You’re always in control of the temperature (it doesn’t
have to be super hot)
• Wear something comfortable — shorts, tank,
swimsuit, or towel
• Come hydrated
• Bring a book or just enjoy the quiet

Most people are surprised by how calm and relaxing it
feels…
and honestly, how fast the time goes.

It’s not intense.
It’s not overwhelming.
It’s just time for your body to slow down, reset, and

You showed up.
Even when it felt hard.
Even when it was uncomfortable.
Even when your mind told you to stop.

And that’s the work.

Not just the strength you built physically —

but more and more people are starting to add it on after their massage — and honestly, it’s one of the best ways to experience it.

Even just 20 minutes can:
• help your body fully relax
• support recovery after bodywork
• give your nervous system time to settle

And the best part?
It doesn’t have to be intense.

You’re always in control of the temperature —
so it can be gentle, warm, and calming, not overwhelming.

Some people bring a book.
Some people sit in quiet.
Some people just close their eyes and breathe.

It’s not about pushing heat.
It’s about giving your body space to absorb, reset, and recover.

We’re opening a second Spring Power Series

✨ Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
April 15 – May 20

Same structure. Same progression. Same energy.

To make this second night possible, we made a small adjustment to the teaching lineup:

• Week 1: Sophie
• Weeks 2–3: Molly
• Week 4: Sophie
• Weeks 5–6: Janessa

This 6-week series is designed to build strength progressively through a blend of Pilates and yoga:

• Weeks 1–4: Pilates-inspired strength + sculpt
• Weeks 5–6: Yoga-based power + dynamic flow

This 6-week series blends:

Consistency is where the real shifts happen.

Many of the people coming in lately are starting to make it part of their weekly routine — bringing a book, slowing down, and giving their body time to reset.

Infrared supports circulation, muscle relaxation, and nervous system recovery, but like most things in wellness, the benefits build with consistency.
