hi friends! 👋🏻

after being introduced to pilates (by our wonderful instructor molly) i immediately felt a pull. through classes at rise, i was able to invest time and energy into the practice. i truly felt i found movement that matched my desired output for optimal alignment. an opportunity arose where i was able to become an instructor && i am SO glad i took the leap. not only to further my practice - but to gain the knowledge to guide YOU! && what better way to start than getting to the basics.

You do not need to be a licensed massage therapist to take my upcoming Yomassage® Master Training on Sunday, March 29.

There are two training paths, and both are eligible for the same discount:
✨ Yomassage Therapist Certification
→ for licensed professionals (LMT, PT, OT, Chiropractor)
✨ Mindful Touch Course
→ for non-licensed practitioners (yoga teachers, Reiki/energy workers, wellness practitioners, caregivers, coaches, and more)

✨ Sound Baths with Brigette are back on the schedule! ✨

If you’ve never experienced a sound bath, here’s what it is — and why so many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you rest comfortably while healing sounds and vibrations move through the body. Brigette uses bowls to create waves of sound that gently “wash” over you — helping your nervous system downshift and your body release tension.

How a sound bath can support you:
• Calms the nervous system (great for stress, anxiety, and overwhelm)
• Encourages deep relaxation and rest
• Helps quiet mental chatter and overthinking
• Supports emotional release and energetic balance
• Can improve sleep and overall sense of well-being

There’s nothing to do — no poses, no effort. You simply lie down, get cozy, and receive.

🧺 What to bring:
Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable — a sleeping bag, chair, blankets, pillows, eye pillow, or anything that helps you truly relax. The cozier you are, the more you’ll receive from the experience.
