Moments of wanting out… and staying anyway.
To everyone who committed to this Power Series — thank you.
You showed up consistently.
You powered through.
You tapped into your tapas — that inner fire of discipline and devotion — especially in the moments when it would’ve been easier to back off.
This first-time collaboration between instructors was something special. The energy each week was steady, intentional, and strong. It’s always an honor to lead these spaces, but the truth is — you’re the ones who make it what it is.
Because this series was deeper than reps.
It wasn’t just jump squats or weighted jacks or five-breath holds.
It was staying when your mind said “get out.”
It was softening your jaw in the middle of the burn.
It was choosing breath instead of escape.
You chose to stay.
You chose to try something new.
You chose to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
That’s self-discipline.
That’s growth.
That’s the practice.
And what we build here on our mats — strength, steadiness, breath under pressure — doesn’t stay in the studio. It follows you into conversations, parenting, work stress, hard decisions.
