Here's a recipe for a creamy, light, and airy vegan no-bake cheesecake featuring pink dragon fruit and a delightful crust:

Vegan No-Bake Dragon Fruit Cheesecake
Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 cups raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1/2 cup pink dragon fruit puree
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon agar agar powder (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
Instructions

Prepare the Crust:
In a food processor, blend the nuts, dates, and salt until the mixture is sticky and crumbly.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even layer.
Make the Filling:
Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine the cashews, coconut cream, pink dragon fruit puree, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla powder, and dissolved agar agar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Combine:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Set the Cheesecake:
Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm. For quicker setting, place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
Serve:
Once set, remove the cheesecake from the pan and slice. Garnish with fresh fruit or coconut flakes if desired.

Are you ready to bring some balance and harmony into your life?
Well, you’re in luck because I’ve got five super simple techniques to help you start balancing your chakras NOW!

🧘‍♂️ #1: Chakra Meditation: Your Mini Vacation for the Mind

Chakra meditation is like a spa day for your energy centers. Here’s a simple technique I use all the time:
Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Starting at your root chakra (located at the base of the spine), visualize a red spinning wheel of energy.
As you inhale, imagine this wheel becoming brighter and clearer.
As you exhale, visualize any negativity or blockages being released.
Spend about a minute on each chakra, moving up through the body:
Sacral (see orange in the lower abdomen)
Solar Plexus (see yellow in the upper abdomen)
Heart (see green at the center of the chest)
Throat (see blue at the throat)
Third Eye (see indigo between the eyebrows)
Crown (see violet or white on the top of the head)
I remember when I first started practicing this. I was skeptical, thinking, “How can sitting and visualizing colors make a difference?” But let me tell you, after just a week of doing this for 10 minutes a day, I felt more centered and calm than ever!

🌈 #2: Color Therapy: Painting Your World with Chakra Colors

Each chakra has its own color, and you can use these in your daily life to give your energy centers a little boost. It’s like wearing your favorite outfit – it just makes you feel good!
Root Chakra (Red): Wear red socks or underwear for grounding.
Sacral Chakra (Orange): Eat orange foods like carrots or oranges to boost creativity.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow): Decorate your workspace with yellow flowers for confidence.
Heart Chakra (Green): Spend time in nature surrounded by green plants for emotional balance.
Throat Chakra (Blue): Wear a blue scarf or necklace to enhance communication.
Third Eye Chakra (Indigo): Use indigo-colored crystals during meditation for intuition.
Crown Chakra (Violet/White): Diffuse lavender essential oil for spiritual connection.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III)

Celery juice may provide several benefits when consumed as a part of a healthy diet.

Hydrating

Celery juice consists mostly of water and may help you stay hydrated.

Staying hydrated is vital for your body, but many people don’t get enough water per day. Proper hydration helps manage blood pressure, body temperature, brain function, nutrient delivery, waste excretion, and kidney health (1Trusted Source).

Low in sugar

Celery juice is a healthier option than sugary beverages.

A single cup (240 mL) provides just 3 grams of naturally occurring sugar (2Trusted Source).

Meanwhile, sugar-sweetened beverages like soda, sport drinks, and energy drinks account for up to 37% of added sugar in the U.S. diet (3Trusted Source).

Choosing low sugar beverages like celery juice may cut down your overall sugar and calorie intake.

Anti-inflammatory properties

Celery juice is high in plant compounds called phytonutrients, which may reduce inflammation (4Trusted Source).

These compounds act as antioxidants and help reduce oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs when unstable molecules called free radicals accumulate in your body (4Trusted Source, 5Trusted Source).

Antioxidant-rich diets are linked to lower rates of chronic ailments, including heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. They may also boost skin health (6Trusted Source, 7Trusted Source, 8Trusted Source, 9Trusted Source).

Can celery juice help the gut?

Celery juice may affect the gut in several ways.

Contains beneficial plant compounds

Celery juice contains luteolin, a plant compound thought to reduce inflammation in your gut (10Trusted Source, 11Trusted Source).

Luteolin is also found in many fruits and vegetables like broccoli, peppers, and spinach (12Trusted Source).

One 12-week study in mice fed a high fat diet found that mice that received probiotic-fermented celery juice had a healthier variety of gut bacteria. However, fermented celery juice differs from freshly made juice, as it’s infused with gut-healthy bacteria (13Trusted Source).

Fermented or fresh, there’s not enough evidence on luteolin or other compounds found in celery juice to determine how they may affect the gut. Ultimately, research including humans is needed before making definitive conclusions.

Unstrained juice provides fiber

It’s worth considering how the celery juice you drink is made. Usually, fiber is strained out of it. Because fiber is key to a healthy gut, strained juice is less beneficial to your digestive health (17Trusted Source).

So, to reap the most gut health benefits, it may be best to not strain your juice (17Trusted Source).

Celery juice nutrition

Because most of its plant fiber has been removed, celery juice packs more nutrients per serving than celery stalks.

🥑🥬 Avocado-Spinach Green Smoothie Recipe 🥬🥑

Ingredients:
- 🥑 1 ripe avocado
- 🥬 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (packed)
- 🍌 1 banana (frozen for a creamier texture)
- 🥛 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for added creaminess and protein)
- 🥤 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 🌱 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber and omega-3s)
- 🍯 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 🧊 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:
- 🥑 Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- 🍌 If not using a frozen banana, peel and add the banana to the blender.

2. Blend:
- 🥬 Add the spinach leaves, Greek yogurt (if using), almond milk, chia seeds (if using), and honey or maple syrup to the blender.
- 🧊 Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.
