Starting at your root chakra (located at the base of the spine), visualize a red spinning wheel of energy.
As you inhale, imagine this wheel becoming brighter and clearer.
As you exhale, visualize any negativity or blockages being released.

Sacral (see orange in the lower abdomen)
Solar Plexus (see yellow in the upper abdomen)
