They said I “had it all.”
The business. The relationship. The beautiful home.

But what I really had was anxiety, exhaustion, and a body that had stopped trusting me.

I smiled on the outside, but inside I was miserable.
Trying too hard to fix a relationship that wasn’t working.
Pouring everything into a business that left me empty.
Hustling nonstop just to prove I was “enough.”

And then my body gave me the one message I couldn’t ignore—my period disappeared before I even turned 40.

That moment shattered me.
But it also saved me.
It was the beginning of my healing.

Because when your body shuts down, you only have two choices: keep betraying yourself… or finally learn how to listen.

I chose to listen.
To stop living for everyone else.
To sit in the uncomfortable silence.
To surrender to the parts of me I had been running from my whole life.

And in that surrender, I remembered my power.
Not the kind that comes from hustling harder or pretending I’m unbreakable.
But the kind that comes from devotion to my soul.

It wasn’t instant. It took years.
But eventually, I let go.

I let go of the overdrive.
I let go of the relationship that stole my peace.
I let go of the judgment for wanting something different.
I let go of the shame for desiring more.

And when I finally chose me…
my body started to trust me again.

My period came back.
My energy came back.
But most importantly—I came back.

This is why I share this work.
Because I know there are women reading this right now, holding it all together while secretly falling apart.

And I want you to know:
You don’t have to wait for your body to collapse to choose yourself.
