So I did something amazing in India… Filmed in Kerala. I am so honored to share this collaboration of Yoga and Music for International Yoga Day featuring my Carnatic Gurus Music Shikshan. My yoga practice is not what it was 20+ years ago when I started. This is the injured and achy 40+ year old body of a mother of three children, its a body with scars, wrinkles, and rolls. And yet I find more grace in my practice now with a slower approach. In some asanas my body remembers its old strength, in other poses my body longs for gentleness. My practice is actually more fulfilling now as I have gone deeper into the Yoga of Sound and Meditation. And what has grown stronger is the connection to my soul which celebrates each day as a gift, and gives thanks for the blessing of connection to the Motherland India whom has gifted the world with the practices Yoga, Music, Meditation, Ayurveda and Ta**ra.

Hi yogis! Just wanted to post my new zoom schedule. Wednesday yoga at 8:30 A.M. A gentle but energetic practice.
Friday barre at 8:30 A.M. A fun workout that just requires a chair or stable surface and a set of light weights, or just body weight !

Yoga is my heart bursting open. It’s sharing space, it’s catching my breath, it’s me time, it’s us time, it’s slowing down, it’s connection, gratitude, humility and grace. Yoga always leads my heart home, and it’s this HOME I want to share with as many people as I can. A home free of judgement, just come as you are and stand by me, listen and breathe and feel, together we can get through anything.
