Odin Frost and Jordan Granberry, two boys from Tyler, Texas, were both born with severe brain damage and given very low chances of survival, doctors even suggested they might not live past early childhood or could remain in a vegetative state. Despite those grim predictions, the boys formed a close bond after meeting at a special-needs school at age three and supported each other through years of therapy and development.
Against all odds, the pair continued their friendship throughout childhood, overcoming significant challenges and milestones. In July 2020, at age 18, Odin and Jordan celebrated by graduating high school together, a moment their families described as an inspiring achievement that defied early medical expectations.
