Angie and I are back this Fall offering two Reiki Restorative Yoga classes. The first is Sunday, October 26th at 10am -11:30am. The second, Sunday December 21st at 10am - 11:30am.

A 1 1/2 hour Reiki Restorative Yoga class taught by Ana collaborating with Angie Andrews who will be offering Reiki. This is a gentle yoga class with long held poses to nourish the body, mind and spirit. We will be using bolsters and props to allow your body to relax deeply and drop into a place of healing. Angie will be offering Reiki during class. Reiki is the channeling of universal healing energy. It is deeply relaxing and promotes feelings of peace and harmony. This in turn allows the body to tap into it’s own innate ability to heal. Most people report experiencing deep relaxation and shifts in stuck energy after receiving Reiki. This amazing duo of yoga and reiki can help you feel refreshed, relax the nervous system and allow you to sleep better, increase the feeling of calmness and centered.

Summer is winding down and with that we say goodbye to our summer regulars. This year it is really hitting me how amazing it is that Mountain Rose has become a part of our clients routine when they come to visit.

I love getting to know people from near and far. I also see how wonderful the locals are with our guests - saying hello and welcoming them in. It is truly special.

Thank you to all of you who come through every year! It is sad to say goodbye, but I truly cherish the friendships that are created!

Hi. It’s me, Ana.
I am not on social media much anymore because i have been putting my focus on my business - in the actual space.
It’s been a wild year, the first without my mom. Death always reminds us of what is important. For me, this year I wanted to see friends, family and go travel. I also needed to take care of me as I navigate perimenopause and all that brings with it.
I love treating clients and teaching my classes. But there is so much more to life than work. I love my work and am grateful that this is what I get to do.
