As we gear up for our annual fitness test in June, our crews have been diving into monthly health and wellness challenges to keep our fitness and job readiness on point. We just finished up a step challenge in February with our top crew member getting 315,000 steps in!
This month we’re in the middle of the Sleep Challenge — and it’s making a real difference. Getting quality rest boosts your energy, sharpens your focus, helps your body recover faster, and keeps you more alert on those long shifts.
On top of that, we’ve added a brand-new Rower and SkiErg to the Wakarusa gym. These are fantastic for building the kind of endurance we rely on every day out on the road.
