This isn’t random… and it’s not small either.

There’s a shift happening in your life that goes deeper than what you can see right now. Things may feel off, unclear, or even uncomfortable at times, but everything is being moved with purpose.

Pay attention to what keeps showing up.
The signs, the feelings, the patterns… none of it is by accident.

😌 when Spirit is gentle
😳 when something hits a little too accurate
👀 when I’m trying to decide if I should say it or not… and still say it anyway
😂 when y’all reactions take me out
😮‍💨 when the room shifts and you can FEEL it

I be minding my business and then Spirit be like “go ahead and tell them…” and I’m like okayyyy 😭

But for real… last night was beautiful and a whole VIBE!! The love, the confirmations, the healing… whew.

Whew… Sacred Connections With Janee was nothing short of amazing. 🤍✨

The energy in the room, the messages that came through, the love, the healing… it was felt on so many levels. Every time I do this, I’m reminded that this is bigger than me. This is purpose. This is alignment. This is Spirit moving exactly how it’s supposed to.

I’m so grateful for every single person who showed up, trusted me, and allowed themselves to be open in that space. Y’all don’t understand how powerful that is.

And I’m going to say this with love… if you’ve been thinking about coming, stop thinking and just come. Don’t wait. Don’t overthink it. Don’t talk yourself out of something that could truly shift you.

Sometimes grief can look like…

…showing up with a smile while your heart is still processing something heavy.

Grief is not always pretty. Sometimes it looks like taking it too far, crashing out, or just not being in the mood for BS. And if we’re being real… sometimes it’s all of that at once.

As a practitioner, I’m used to being the one people come to. The one holding space, answering the hard questions, keeping it together. So a lot of times I get overlooked because the assumption is… I’ll be okay. And I will be, but that doesn’t mean I don’t feel, or that I don’t need a moment too.

Grief doesn’t always come from death. Sometimes it comes from watching someone you love not be able to do the things they used to… hearing hard things and learning how to move through it all with patience, love, and understanding.

Thank you for bearing with me while I took time to disconnect so I could truly reconnect. A lot has been shifting, and it’s been happening fast. And I’ll be honest… it feels good to be stepping back into it.

To my clients, thank you for your grace, your patience, and your love 🤍

As we move through this next season, please keep me, my family, and especially my dad in your prayers.

We are officially back in person full time, and I’m grateful for it. Can’t wait to connect & see your faces very soon!!

Thank you to everyone who came out last night.

The energy in the room was magnetic, intense, and yet so refreshing all at once. It felt different than any other night, deeper, stronger, more intentional.

I don’t take moments like that lightly. I’m truly grateful for this God given gift and the opportunity to assist you along your journeys. Thank you for trusting me with such sacred space.
