Our “target” is to balance movement and rest, recreation and relaxation, brain and body engagement, up time with down time. But when it’s time, we love to see our seniors moving, laughing, trying, engaging. When they are having fun and focusing on tasks that bring joy, a sense of accomplishment, and relieve stress, we think it’s a Bullseye!
