We’re looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to partner with us as an independent contractor providing in‑home visits in Wake and surrounding counties.

What we’re looking for:
- Active NC PT license
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong skills in gait/balance, fall prevention, and post‑acute rehab
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field

What we offer:

- Supportive office team and streamlined documentation

You’ll complete PT evaluations, create and carry out plans of care, and work closely with our nursing and therapy team to help clients stay safe and independent at home.
