Celebrating 50 ✨🪷✨
✨50th birthday… You can’t help but be super reflective on life and everything that lead you to where you are right now.
✨Not an easy thing to do, because some of the reflection can be hard to look at.
✨But, if you reflect through the eyes of your heart it’s an opportunity to become WISE.
✨The best gift I received for my 50th birthday was the ability to see and feel the wisdom these past 50 years have offered. ✨I have been doing deep soul reflection for so long, but these last few months I feel like I was having a “cram study session in the school of life”

⚡️Changing gears below..but it all ties in;)

✨In March of 2022 I gifted myself yoga teacher training
✨When I started YTT I was 12 pounds heavier.. my joints were swollen and weak..and over all I felt “low”.. thank you menopause 🙏🏼 another part of life that gifts us with wisdom😅
✨Through my yoga practice, shamanic studies, astrology studies etc. I’ve been able to soulfully reflect from many different vantage points..
✨But more than that, it was through these vantage points l built a deep relationship with GOD.
✨I’m more open than ever to receive the wisdom he wants to gift us.
✨I was asked a handful of times, “What does it feel like to be 50?”
✨This yoga pose perfectly shows what I feel like. It is one of many symbols that reflect the never ending journey of healing mind, body & soul.
🪷More often than not I feel..
⛰️ Strong & Stable
⚖️ More Balanced (always working on that)
🌊 Vulnerable, open hearted, and flexible enough to engage with the flow of life
🖤I feel awkward & beautiful all at the same time 😂 just like this pose
🙏🏼I feel humbled by life
🙏🏼I feel a deep appreciation for my body and the ability to heal ( physically, mentally, emotionally)
♥️I feel love and compassion for who I used to be and who I am now.. I feel that same love and compassion for others.
♥️I feel excited to continue this journey of life as a wiser version of me.
♥️ I feel abundant with all the love that surrounds me.

A gentle reminder that even if your life circumstances seem to tell you otherwise.. I promise you already possess everything you need to feel like the best version of you.✨⛰️✨

🌞Imbolc is the mid-point between the Winter Solstice & Spring Equinox, and when the Sun ingresses to 15 degrees of Aquarius.

🌞At this Mid-Winter celebration the Sun is growing in light, giving nature a gentle nudge to awaken from its Winter slumber and take the first step towards the blossoming of Spring.

🌞Are you feeling the nudge? What is awakening within you? What would you like to see blossom in 2024?

🔥Imbolc is a time to take inspired action towards our hopes, dreams & visions for the future.

🌞But how do we begin? What is the best path forward?

🌞Before we take action, we must ask ourselves this important question…

🌞What is the inspiration & motivation behind our desires?

🔥We’ll be gathering in ceremony to continue our soul work & gain clarity on this question.

🔥In ceremony we give ourselves a sacred space to become aware of any subconscious behaviors, beliefs, or fears that may be driving us. We all have subconscious patterns because we're human;)

🔥We transmute what we encounter in the subconscious with our love and integrate it within our conscious mind.

🔥This purification process allows us to take inspired action from the Divine Light in our Heart.

♥️The beauty of the Divine Light will allow our lives to unfold in ways greater than our highest vision… and we find peace with the fact that sometimes what we THINK we want isn’t really in service to our soul or our most fulfilled abundant life.

✨A wonderful weekend that allowed people to step away from daily distractions and nurture their relationship with nature, mind, body & soul.
✨Wish I got a video of us all chanting “AUM in the DOME” as we closed the sound ceremony✨the combination of the acoustics and everyone’s energy was AMAZING!🕉️ ✨🙏🏼✨ next time;)

🍂The Autumn Equinox begins when the Sun reaches 0 degrees of Libra ♎️

✨Libra is represented by the scales ⚖️
A beautiful symbol that speaks to the balance of day & night we experience on the Equinox 🌞🌚
✨But it’s also natures way of reminding us to come back to our hearts and a state of internal equilibrium. ⚖️🖤

✨As the Sun descends during this Autumn season the “Libra scales will tip” and we’ll enter the dark half of the year

✨And like the Sun OUR energy will naturally descend down and in. 🧘‍♀️

✨It is time to consciously navigate the dark ( the subconscious mind), as we meditate & reflect on our relationship to all that is. ( ex. ourselves, the Divine, work, money, family, our past, etc.)

✨We’ll give ourselves space to acknowledge the beauty relationships bring in our lives, AND if we take an honest look at ourselves, we’ll balance that as we face the truth of where relationships expose what needs to be healed.

✨Through ceremony, sacred sound, a compassionate heart, and support of community we’ll journey inward to do our deep soul work.
✨It’s through diving into our own darkness (the subconscious) we begin to lay the foundation for the return of light…and we’ll meet again at the Winter Solstice ✨

Hi Starlights 💫 I hope what I’ve written below shines a light on what your soul is calling for at this time.. ♏️🌚
✨“There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul, one does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” - Carl Jung ( one of my favorite quotes 💜)
✨WE ALL have pain, hurt & fear that lies deep within our subconscious. I’m that gentle reminder, helping you remember you’re not alone.
✨Sometimes life can feel sooo intense, because the Universe hands us incredibly dark & difficult things to feel & work through...and it can feel like we’re dying.
✨If we bury the pain we will subconsciously make decisions based on fear that pain has caused, and in that process we create unhealthy stories beliefs & habits that keep us from fulfilling our hearts desires
✨If we work though these difficulties CONSCIOUSLY we have the opportunity for rebirth & transformation, and the ability to lead from a place of love & the light of our Soul.
💫What are you working through right now? Are you “addicted” to an unhealthy story, belief, or habit? How is that addiction serving you?
⚡️It takes A LOT of energy to keep unhealthy stories & patterns alive.
✨Are you courageous enough to transform & channel that energy into something that serves a higher purpose?

Hi Starlights💫 Here’s something to ponder if you feel out of balance.. ♎️
✨All of nature seeks a state of balance. ✨Sometimes Nature oscillates drastically between polarities (ex. fires/floods)
✨OR, can make the smallest shifts within those polarities that almost go unnoticed .. until they ARE noticed ( like the beautiful transition between seasons)
✨Nature is wise & intelligent, and operates without judgement or hesitation.
✨Nature gives & Nature takes, all for the purpose of Cosmic Order, and to be in right relationship with “ALL THAT IS”
⛰⛰ ✨WE ARE NATURE✨⛰⛰
✨we seek balance & right relationship with “ALL THAT IS”
✨BUT, for good or ill we are that special part of nature that is influenced by past trauma, emotions, & overthinking minds
✨When we’re to engaged with the mind, overwhelmed by our emotions, and our state of being is unbalanced, we cloud the innate wisdom & intelligence that lives within us!

Hi Starlights 💫 Below I have written you a simple way to connect with the essence of Virgo energy ♍️

✨When I began my healing journey I worked with a personal mantra that helped me soooo much.

✨I would say ..
Health + Self Love = Beauty
not beauty in a physical sense, but the deep authentic beauty of the Divine that lives in all of us.

✨That Beauty is ALWAYS there.. it’s eternal. But, the heaviness we may feel from the demands & pressures of day to day life or past traumas can cloud our Divine Beauty.

✨So how can we “clear the clouds”?

✨Ask yourself many times a day…is this an action of Health + Self Love?

✨Its a powerful question that helps us be discerning & take action in service to our soul.

✨I promise this simple question will bring clarity, & it’s a great question to ask for keeping & creating healthy boundaries.

✨over time it’s a question that will purify mind, body, & soul allowing our earthly experience to be a greater expression of our divine love.

✨AND, it’s a question that will help us magnificently Live Down to Earth Beauty✨⛰ ✨
