Here’s some of our favorite quick protein-packed breakfast ideas to fuel your day:

Egg Muffins – Whisk eggs with spinach, peppers, and cheese, pour into a muffin tin, and bake at 350° for 18–20 minutes. Great for meal prep!

Protein Shake – Blend protein powder, milk of choice, frozen fruit, and a spoonful of nut butter for a fast, balanced option.

Greek Yogurt Bowl – Plain Greek yogurt topped with berries, nuts/seeds, and a drizzle of honey for protein + healthy fats.

Overnight Protein Oats – Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and protein powder, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy in the morning.
