Happy National Read Across America Day!

Throwback to 2010 and 2013! My kids were the ultimate Star-Bellied Sneetches, and as Dr. Seuss famously said: “There is nobody alive who is Youer than You.”

As a mind-body practitioner, that quote is still a favorite. It reminds me how much our "You" can evolve!

A huge part of my own evolution from Seuss-parent to expert-level sound healer was discovering Sound Medicine by Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary. Her 10 years as a neurologist at Scripps Health proved that sound is a powerful tool for healing—and it completely changed how I work with my clients today.

It was a full and meaningful weekend at The Healing Well Co.

Our first FREEquency Friday was a beautiful start — a free community sound bath and the chance to meet some wonderful new people.

Saturday morning brought a full house, and the conversation afterward was one of those moments that stays with you. Honest, thoughtful reflections that reminded me why this work matters.

I also received the sweetest handwritten thank-you card from. It meant more than I can say and will be something I hold onto.

At the Minority & Women-Owned Business Expo, I enjoyed connecting with other incredible business owners and sharing a bit about this work.

Grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the community forming around this space.

March brings a few meaningful moments at The Healing Well Co.

Our Moon Gathering on March 3 aligns with the full moon eclipse, offering space for reflection, release, and intention.

On March 20, join the Spring Equinox event at Jubilation with tarot and birth chart readings, plus restorative sound bath meditations at 5 PM and 7 PM to welcome the new astrological year.

You’ll also find FREEquency Friday, small group sound baths, and meditation sessions throughout the month.

And a reminder: private sound sessions and mind-body reset sessions are available by appointment if you’re looking for more personalized support.

Grateful for the opportunity to speak with a local MS support group about what healing really means.

When a diagnosis remains, the question shifts. It becomes less about cure and more about building safety, resilience, and capacity inside the body.

Mind-body practices and nervous system regulation aren’t replacements for medical care — they’re the layer that helps us live well within what is.
