A beautiful soul cleansing time was had by these lucky woman who attended the Align & Release workshop. We mapped where our energy is depleted and no longer needed and released with a cleansing ceremony. The workshop was waitlisted so we’ll have another soon. We’ve got to say, we’re really excited for this one!!!
Who doesn’t need a little time to pause and reflect?
So let’s regroup prior to the busy season.
We’ll spend time individually to reflect upon what drains our time & energy.
Our teacher, Marion Bolding, will hold space and lead you through mapping, releasing, and creating YOUR energy blueprint for a mindful year-end season and will finish the workshop with a gentle restorative class to soothe and calm. Plan to leave with a clear intention and actionable plan.
