We spend so much of our day in forward positions putting strain on the neck & shoulders. The muscles in the upper back get stretched & the muscles in the neck & chest get tight.

This stretch helps to elongate the neck & help release some of the tension from looking down at our phones & sitting at computers all day.

Great way to open the chest & help some of that upper back/shoulder tension.

Relax into the shape a min of 2 mins but stay as long as 10 if it feels good in your body.

When the nervous system feels safe, the body responds differently.

My approach to massage has evolved over the years —from chasing pressure to creating balance. Thoughtful, intentional work paired with time for the body to soften, settle, and integrate.

I listen to your goals, but I also listen to what your tissues, breath, and nervous system are communicating in the moment. Every session becomes a conversation, not a correction.

Massage works best as part of a bigger picture —supported by gentle stretching, strengthening where needed, hydration, and rest. When you participate in your own care, the changes tend to last longer and feel more sustainable.

Friday’s restorative class is designed to help you unwind and reset through fully supported poses, gentle Thai massage assists, and a guided meditation to close. No effort. No expectations. Just rest.

This class is perfect if you’ve been feeling stressed, tired, or in need of nervous system support. You don’t need flexibility or experience — just a willingness to receive.

Friday | 6:00–7:15 PM

For desk days and tight shoulders 🎾

Using a tennis ball provides a gentle compression to tight shoulder muscles, helping increase circulation and encourage tension to release. It’s a simple, effective way to give your shoulders a break during the workday- especially if you spend long hours sitting or looking at a screen.

This can also be done with a lacrosse ball, which will give a little more intense sensation.

Tip of the day: put the tennis ball on your desk within your line of vision. That way it will be a visual reminder to do this exercise. 🧡
