👏Elizabeth (Beth) Norton, MS, PA-C, ABAAHP, Board Certified with A4M Longevity Medicine, Founder and CEO of Heritage Urgent & Primary Care, she brings a deeply rooted passion for helping others into every aspect of her practice. Her path into healthcare was driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives—while building a career centered around purpose and compassion.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, staying active, watching great films, and sharing laughter (and the occasional glass of European red wine) with family and friends.

💪Emily Parrella, MS, PA-C, has always been passionate about health, movement, and helping others thrive. Her journey into healthcare was inspired by a lifelong interest in the human body and performance—shaped early on by her experience as a competitive soccer player and swimmer. That passion for wellness only deepened as she worked as a lifeguard, swim coach, caregiver for children with special needs, and certified nursing assistant.

Outside of the clinic, Emily leads by example—staying active through boxing, yoga, Pilates, running, weightlifting, and walks with her huskies, Opie and Fenrir. She also loves cooking Italian food, spending time with her family, and traveling to New York to visit her in-laws.

⭐️Kylie Poppell, MS, PA-C, brings a thoughtful and team-centered approach to patient care—rooted in both personal inspiration and academic curiosity. Growing up on Florida’s Space Coast, she was surrounded by a culture that celebrated STEM fields. While initially drawn to engineering, a high school semester that paired anatomy, physiology, and psychology changed everything. Guided by a teacher-turned-nurse practitioner and inspired by her sister, a registered nurse, Kylie discovered

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Matt and their cockapoo, Rowan. She’s also an avid reader, yoga enthusiast, and loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes for both cooking and baking.

Outside of the clinic, Rita lives in Wake Forest with her husband, a local small business owner, their two children, and a household of beloved pets. In their free time, the Fontaine family enjoys traveling, watching sports, and exploring new restaurants. Rita also volunteers with several local animal rescue organizations, serving as both a dog foster and transporter
