Angela treated us to a beautiful scenic bus ride yesterday! We traveled out to Webster Lake and enjoyed driving through several charming small towns on our way home. It was a relaxing day full of great views and even better company!

We had such a wonderful time at the 2026 LTC family BBQ this afternoon! ☀️🍔 🌭

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event such a success. From the planning and setup to the cooking, serving, and cleanup—so many hands came together to make the day special for our residents and families!! (Thanks Richard and Randy, who made over 200 hamburgers and 100 hotdogs. And thanks to Susan Keith for the delicious monster cookies!)

We’re especially grateful to our staff, volunteers, who showed up and helped create such a joyful, welcoming atmosphere. It truly means so much to see our community come together like this, and puts a huge smile on everyone’s face 😀

Thank you all for being part of such a fun and memorable afternoon! 💛 💜

We’ve had such a fun and active week here at LTC!

Our residents enjoyed a recent bus ride, where their walkers were all lined up—someone joked it looked just like a “hitching post,” and we couldn’t agree more! 🤠

We’ve been staying strong with daily group exercises—keeping our bodies moving and our spirits high! 💪

Some of us also had the special opportunity to cheer on our grandchildren at their tennis matches 🎾

And to top it all off, we were treated to live music today from the Webber’s, singing along to some great tunes—thank you, guys! 🙂

We’re excited to share several recent enhancements to our Long Term Care at TCLMH—all designed with our residents’ comfort and quality of life in mind.

We’ve installed window tint in the Sunroom to provide added shade and help keep the space cooler and more comfortable. Our LTC patio has been refreshed with new furniture, raised flower beds for resident enjoyment, and a beautiful fountain—creating a more inviting outdoor space. In addition, our Plant Operations team has poured a new ramp on the south side of the building to improve accessibility.

We are especially grateful that each of these projects has been made possible through grants and memorials given in support of our Long Term Care. We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Heartland Community Foundation, as well as the family and friends of Ross Berg, Delbert Inloes, and Mary Jo Cleavenger.

These contributions directly enhance the daily lives of our residents, and we are incredibly thankful for the generosity of those who make improvements like this possible!
