🌿 Welcome Tara to the JeKa Team! 🌿

We’re thrilled to introduce Tara, our newest Massage Therapist! With over 20 years of experience in massage and bodywork, Tara brings a deeply holistic approach to helping clients unwind and reset. Her extensive training includes Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myoskeletal Alignment, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, and Yoga & Meditation.

Tara’s sessions are all about meeting you where you are—whether your goal is rest, pain relief, improved movement, or better sleep. She believes that Deep Tissue is a therapeutic technique, not necessarily deep pressure, and tailors every session with gentle-to-firm touch based on your needs.

Outside the studio, Tara loves spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, camping, dancing, and being on the ocean. 🌊
