Thursday’s Lunch & Learn at Baxter Palliative Care had us all leaving with a full heart🩵

We were grateful to be guided by Dr. Ginger Lemay through an insightful presentation on mindset and the powerful role it plays in our day-to-day lives. The conversation was thoughtful, engaging, and full of practical mindset shift techniques we can carry with us moving forward.

Most importantly, it reminded us just how essential mental health is—in our work, our relationships, and ourselves.

This February, we are proud to host 𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫: 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 & 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥, a complimentary event created specifically for those who give so much of themselves every day.
