Is your child starting to give up their nap? Most children stop napping between the age of 3-4 years old. If you child is having difficulty falling asleep at night, or waking frequently throughout the night, it may be time to give up that nap. Here are some ways to ease that transition:
- Shorten nap time to 20 minutes
- Have quiet time when they would normally have nap time
