Nothing like a restock of the holy grail products 🙌🏻 PCA oil cleanser has been my absolute golden product for my first cleanse for roughly 11 months now. Not only does it do a gentle but phenomenal job removing makeup and sunscreen as your first cleanse, it also is just a great first cleanse without anything on your face. Especially for winter. I feel it gives my skin barrier some love and nourishment which really strengthens it to better handle my second cleanse which is geared more towards breakouts. I never feel stripped, tight or dehydrated when starting my cleansing routine with oil cleanser 🫶

No dry skin Sunday Scaries over here ! 🤗 It has snowed every day since moving here so naturally I am happy that I have a whole travel-size suitcase just for my skincare and beauty products 🤭 hasn’t done me wrong since finding them in 2016 and they continue to be a savior 👏🏻

What. A. Week. 🥴 This week I turned 34, closed my physical business, got engaged and packed up my entire life to move to the White Mountains. I don’t have the mental capacity to give an emotional run down of all the things in feeling, I will let you know when I have a free second to wind down and process all of it 🤭 but all in all I’m grateful for the lessons and experiences personally and professionally the past 4 years as well as the balls and backbone I’ve always had to take the risks and go for what I want, always in all ways. I’m so excited for my next chapter !

Your Luteal phase is the phase leading up to your period and is the time we start to slow down a bit. This is when you may start to experience fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, headaches, cravings ect. This is also when you want to start preparing your body with iron, extra water, lots of root veggies and leafy greens. One of my favorite quick and warm meals for this phase is mashed sweet potato scrambled eggs with sautéed onion and a sprinkle of cheese. A perfect way to warm the digestive system and flood your body with vitamins a, b and c as well as iron 🍳🍠
