🧾 Job Description
As a Licensed Clinician at Aftermath Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals navigating mental health challenges.
Responsibilities include:
🔹 Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
🔹 Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions
🔹 Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
🔹 Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
🔹 Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
🔹 Supporting crisis intervention and care coordination when needed
🔹 Upholding ethical and professional standards
🎓 License & Experience Requirements
We are looking for clinicians who are dedicated, skilled, and aligned with our mission.
Qualifications:
✔️ Active Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, or LMFT)
✔️ Experience in outpatient, PHP, or IOP settings preferred
✔️ Strong clinical and documentation skills
✔️ Experience with co-occurring disorders is a plus
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Passion for helping others on their mental health journey
