“If so and so can do xyz, so can you!”
“You must not want it bad enough!”
Have you heard these standard lines? These foolishly imply that motivation is something you either have or do not. 🤦🏽‍♂️
Fortunately for all of us, this is hardly the case. Motivation is something that happened on a spectrum. And what motivates one person, may or may not motivate another. 🤔
To cultivate sustained motivation, 3 boxes need to be checked
✅autonomy
✅competency
✅belonging
That’s where the coaches at can help you. We help you create your own motivation. That is the key to keep you going, and stop stopping 🛑
