if you are familiar with me, you know and that's why you keep coming back. If you are hearing of me for the first time, I can lay it out for you.

1: biomat
I have recently added a BioMat to my table. so with every session you are laying on a BioMat that offers relaxing warmth to every session, but more importantly options for a negative ion therapy or PEMF therapy option while you receive massage. let me be clear... there is no charge to the client.
2. aromatherapy
skin is the largest organ in the body, our front line of defense. take care of it.
depending on time of year, I will use an essential oil that will be most beneficial to you at time of service. that could be rose oil which is loaded with vitamin c to ease dry skin, or frankincense to ease minor joint and muscle aches. No additional charge.
3. I’m 100% committed to listening and understanding your perception of discomfort. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all service — it’s a safe, judgment-free environment where your needs are heard and respected.
4.Massage therapy can be a powerful tool for pain management — whether you’re dealing with chronic discomfort or recovering from an injury.
I assess your body, release tension patterns and adhesions through the use of several techniques: deep tissue, acupressure, and neuromuscular techniques rooted in craniosacral therapy.
5.I finish by working directly with the central nervous system — balancing cranial bones and resetting the nervous system.
6.This is a 360° approach that addresses both physical and functional systems for longer-lasting, non-invasive results.
7. True healing takes time and consistency — there are no overnight miracles here.

Not all Massages have to be Intense
Sometimes, your body doesn’t need therapeutic work — it needs peace.

I create a calming atmosphere with optional hot stones, steamed towels, and essential oils — all at no extra cost, available anytime during your session.

These techniques help lower stress hormones, promote relaxation, and give your mind and body the reset they deserve.

I use a wide variety of massage oils that we can blend to your specific needs and concerns to optimize skincare. Aromatherapy offerings can be refreshing diffusions for immune health to essential oil infused lotions that help with inflammation and reduce anxiety. I offer free BioMat therapy with every session. The BioMat system relieves pain and restores energy and balance to the human body. The BioMat provides an environment which the body is able to rid itself of acidic waste and toxins, to have health and vitality restored. Far Infrared Rays warm the body with radiant heat, reviving cells, reducing inflammation and enhancing immune function. In home massage services are also available. I have created a Starter Package($360.00) of 3 sixty minute sessions that includes a free massage table that you keep. This In-Home Service package is designed for todays lifestyles and brings with it a more personalized service that we can create together. The results will be long lasting and something you can rely on to work with your schedule and health concerns, in the comfort of your own home.
