🎉Today we are celebrating Kylie's two year work anniversary at Roman Music Therapy Services!

Kylie is truly such a gift to have on our clinical team. She brings an unwavering amount of dedication, curiosity, advocacy, and passion to the roles she takes on. She brings incredible perspective, pulling from her diverse background in healthcare, NMT, and music study.

It is always a treat to make music with Kylie as she leads with her voice, guitar, and auxiliary instruments. But if you get lucky... You get to hear her rock the flute!🎶🌬️

Happy (belated) Earth Day!🌍

Our next 20th Anniversary blog post is live on our website!

We had the pleasure to connect with Sophia, a music therapy participant in our Young Adult Group, and her mom Linda.

We got a closer look into Sophia's journey with music therapy and the impact her family sees outside of our music studio.

Linda also highlights the connection with the providers: "By meeting Sophia where she is at musically, the music therapists create opportunities for connection, engagement, and joy."

Every week, Adam brings 100% to his role as our Facilities Support Specialist. He takes wonderful care of our office spaces by making sure that everything is clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for anyone that comes through our doors.

Join us THIS FRIDAY for our event for kids - we'll be making our own rain sticks as a way to celebrate Earth Day with some music!

Event Details:
📅 Date: Friday, April 17th, 2026
🕖 Time: 3:15-4:15pm
📍 Location: Roman Music Therapy Services, 333 North Ave. Wakefield, MA
🎤Who: Children of all abilities, ages 2-10 years (suggested age range). This is open to the public, whether you are a current or former client, or if it will be your first time making music with us! All children will need to be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 10 children.

💲Cost: $10 to pay at the door (Please contact us if the cost is a barrier.)

We had a ROCKIN' TIME at our GarageBand Extravaganza as part of our 20th Anniversary event series!🎤🎸

The collaboration and songwriting that happened in just a short afternoon was pretty cool to see.🤘😎
