Whoops! Forgot to mention that those years are important because you can go to a thrift store, eBay, or your Buy Nothing group to look for planners with those years.

I found mine on eBay. It happens to be a 2026 planner that is unused. It was a Christmas gift that the person decided they wouldn’t use, so I scored it secondhand for $8.

If you don’t want a secondhand planner, support an artist who makes them… avoid amazon and chain stores. for people in the UK. for the USA.

Please comment with other ethical and sustainable planner makers. 🙏

Tea hauls are the best hauls 🥰🫖

When it comes to tea, I know what I like and what makes me feel good. I get a calm euphoric feeling from green teas like ’s custom blended EGCG Ultra. And I know it’s providing me with so many health benefits.

To truly learn about tea give a follow. Or to really dive in, they offer in-person or virtual tea tastings, and even tea courses.

The owners, Phil & Judy, are true experts. Many of their teas are custom blended for maximum health benefits as well as a great taste. I keep going back because you can’t find their unique custom blends anywhere else.

Their retail location is called and is located in Madison, Connecticut, USA. And they ship all over the globe.

Head to your Facebook Buy Nothing Group or check the thrift shops. That was my plan before we received this lovely gift.

I’ll be saving the bulb until the ground thaws. Then I’ll plant it to enjoy year after year.

I’d also add, where do you feel sensations in your body when you’re scrolling? I feel a bit of a tight anxiousness in my chest, and sometimes in my stomach.

The app I’ve been using is called Free Time: the mindful screen time app ( .time.app ). It locks the apps you choose and won’t unlock them unless you take a deep breath, or unscramble a word, or select the room you’re in. These activities are meant to bring you into the present before you dive into the digital world. There’s also a timer at the top of your screen so you can see how long you’ve been scrolling, as well as notifications after you’ve been scrolling for 2 and then 10 minutes. They’re all gentle reminders to lock the apps again.
