Chaos isn’t normal. We just normalized it.
Rushing, scrolling, stressing, it’s easy to start the day in fight-or-flight mode. But when we pause, soak in natural light, and move gently, we support our nervous system, calm our heart rhythm, and keep stress and blood pressure in check.
