Sometimes the issue is not that a woman does not know what to do.

She knows.

She knows she needs to eat.
She knows she needs water.
She knows she feels better when meals are not all over the place.

The hard part is real life.

A trip comes up.
Grandkids are around.
The day gets full.
Everybody else is eating whenever they want.

And somehow her own needs go to the bottom of the list.

I see this a lot.

You can be having a beautiful time with family and still need to care for yourself.

Not in some rigid way.

Just in a basic way.

Eat your meal.
Drink your water.
Do not disappear inside everybody elseโ€™s schedule.

That is not selfish.

That is part of staying well.

Especially if you want steady energy, steadier blood sugar, and a body that feels supported instead of pushed around.

Real life still needs a real plan.
