This Jalapeño Popper Chicken is one of the easiest ways to get full, stay steady, and support your blood sugar without overthinking meals.

Per Serving (no mayo):
Calories: ~390
Protein: ~46g
Fat: ~15g
Carbs: ~6g
Fiber: ~1g
✨ The protein + fat combo keeps you FULL.
✨ Pro tip: Use full-fat yogurt for better blood sugar stability.

Ingredients (2 servings):
• 8 oz cooked shredded chicken breast
• 1/4 diced red onion
• 1 diced green onion
• 1 diced jalapeño, seeds removed
• 2 slices uncured nitrate-free bacon, cooked + chopped
• 2 tbsp shredded cheddar
• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• Salt + pepper
• (Optional) 2 tbsp avocado-oil mayo — if using, reduce yogurt to 2 tbsp

Instructions:
Cook bacon until crisp. In a medium bowl, add shredded chicken, onions, jalapeño, bacon, cheddar, yogurt, and seasonings. Mix until creamy. Adjust seasoning. Store up to 3 days.
