The Chiropractic Care Center opened in 1998 and is located at 957 Chandler Court in Waldorf.

The Chiropractic Care Center team consists of Doctors and owners Elizabeth Rand and Jess Crawford, as well as their administrative team Hannah and Megan! Dr. Elizabeth Rand and Dr. Jess Crawford treat a variety of conditions ranging from newborn and maternity care to sports or automobile injuries. The doctors have extensive continuing education in soft tissue techniques like Graston Therapy, extremity adjusting, nutritional courses and myofascial release. Dr. Rand is certified in Dry Needling Technique to further aid in the healing of myofascial trigger points and muscular adhesions. Both doctors graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa which is known for its quality education, and is the fountainhead for chiropractic. The office is equipped with state of the art therapy equipment to treat a wide variety of conditions from neck, mid and lower back problems to shoulder, wrist, and foot pain. Our care provides a non drug alternative to help the body heal completely.
