📣Unpopular opinion: Your sleeping position isn't as important as your sleep posture. Here's why! Keeping your ears, shoulders, and hips aligned, regardless of your sleeping position, can help the muscles and ligaments in the back relax and heal themselves. By now you're probably wondering how you can assure you're in the best sleep posture for your sleeping position. Well, secrets don't make friends, keep reading!👇

Back sleepers: a small pillow under your knees will reduce stress on your spine and support the natural curve in your lower back.

Stomach sleeper: this position creates stress on the back because the spine can easily be put out of position. Don't worry, you can help keep the spine in better alignment by placing a flat pillow under the stomach and pelvis. As for the pillow under your head, feel free to break up with it! If you must sleep on your stomach with a pillow under your head, it should be flat.

Side sleepers: Ideally, you want to sleep with your knees pulled up toward your chest. However, in order to prevent your upper leg from pulling your spine out of alignment, place a firm pillow between your knees. This will help reduce stress on your lower back and hips.
