As the year comes to a close, we want to reflect on our gratitude. ✨

For the classes shared, the sound baths that carried us into stillness, the travels near and far, the conversations on and off the mat, and the quiet moments in between.

For this community of students, teachers, friends, and family who continue to show up with open hearts.
