Yoga + Acupuncture Workshop
A deeply calming evening blending Gentle/Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture to support your body and nervous system.
Led by Beth Major of Yoga 4 All, the yoga portion offers slow, supported movement and restorative poses to release tension and invite ease. During Savasana, David Fife, owner of Lake Country Acupuncture, provides a mini acupuncture session while you rest—allowing both practices to work together for deep relaxation and relief.
No experience needed. Mats and props provided. Time will be available to check in with David before class.

Aromatherapy Bliss Flow is a heart-opening yoga experience designed to awaken the senses and soften the body. Through mindful movement, and supportive breath, we create space across the chest and shoulders- inviting ease, connection, and emotional openness. Carefully chosen essential oils are woven throughout the practice to ground, uplift, and soothe, enhancing each moment with subtle sensory support.
This 75-minute class offers a quiet invitation to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the present moment. All levels are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling more aligned, expansive, and connected, plus a small essential oil gift to take home.

Are you feeling a little out of sorts lately?
When the nervous system feels out of sync, it can show up as feeling on edge or unable to fully settle. I’ve been feeling that way myself lately. The other evening, I paused to notice this beautiful sunset with my daughter, and something in me softened.
Psychologist Deb Dana calls these moments glimmers - small cues of safety that help the nervous system settle. Glimmers can be simple and everyday: sunlight through a window, a steady breath, a warm mug in your hands, a kind smile, a favorite song, any moment of connection.
We can practice being intentional in noticing these moments, savoring them for a few breaths, and sharing them - by naming them, remembering them, or offering them to someone else.
At Yoga 4 All, this is what our classes and workshops are designed to support- movement, steady breath, and moments of connection that help your system soften and feel supported.

Yoga Nidra offers a gentle way to settle the nervous system, soften mental noise, and allow the body to restore itself. You’ll be guided into a deeply restful state where nothing is required of you except to rest and receive.

Creative Kids Yoga is so much fun! There is singing, bending, stretching, and lots of giggling-plus a craft project and so much more.
