Hours: Mon to Fri from 8am – 5pm. For urgent medical issues only, our Walker office is also open on Saturday at 9am. After Hours Telephone Calls
If you have an urgent medical situation that you feel cannot wait until the next business day, you may call us after hours. You'll always get a return call from one of our own physicians. Our answering service will forward all medical-need inquiries to one of our on-call pediatricians, who will contact you directly (within a half hour) to provide the appropriate medical direction as necessary. For your convenience, our after-hours telephone number is the same as our regular office telephone number: (616) 458-3677. Please note that if you have an urgent or real life-threatening situation, go directly to the emergency room or call 911.
