Important question for rally training…
You can’t run a rally on an empty stomach.
Food is handled for May 2—and yes, it’s catered—but we need to make the right call here…
What’s proper rally fuel?
1) BBQ Ribs & Chicken
2) Pulled Pork Sammies, Brats & Hot Dogs
3) Fajita Bar (Steak & Shrimp)
All come with sides, salad, and dessert—so no wrong answers… just better ones.

Cast your vote.

Headwaters Rally doesn’t happen without people like you—and right now, we need more of you.
We’re inside the final stretch, and this training day isn’t just a nice-to-have… It’s where we build the team that makes the rally run safely and professionally. If you’ve been thinking about helping, this is the moment to step in.
No experience needed. We’ll teach you everything. If you've done this before, you'll learn of new changes and updated requirements.

What You’ll Learn
* How a rally stage actually runs
* Marshal roles (keeping things safe and moving)

Schedule
3:30 PM – Show up, meet your crew
4:00 – 6:00 PM – Hands-on training
6:00 – 7:00 PM – Food
7:00 – 10:00 PM – Stories, bench racing, and building the team
Here’s the reality:
When people wait until race day to “just show up and help,” it actually puts us in backup mode—and that’s not where we want to be.
This training is how you become part of the core team—not an extra set of hands trying to plug a hole.

Join us on May 2 for a hands-on volunteer training day designed to get you comfortable, confident, and ready for Headwaters Rally.
We’ll cover:
* Start & finish control operations
* Marshal training
* HAM radio basics and communication
No experience needed—we’ll walk you through everything.

More Than Training
This isn’t just a classroom session—it’s your introduction to the rally community.
After training wraps up in the late afternoon, we’ll head to Eagles34 for:

* Time to connect with the people who make rally happen
